Former cop Phil Lodge takes a new job as a superintendent in an expensive Manhattan hi-rise apartment building. When tenants begin disappearing with alarming frequency, Phil fears a sadistic murderer may be roaming the eerie corridors and that his daughters’ lives are in danger.
